I know some Koreans who have gone on University education. All of them looked really determined and eager to take on whatever harwork they are going to take. According to your memo, what bothers you is money, not other issues like your age or future carrer or etc. So what matters would be whether you can make money by working as a Herbal medical doctor in England. Well, you need to contact  some practitioners already working here. They must have more realistic veiw than anyone else's. In my opinion, however,it will be hard to figure out its feasibility by asking questions in Korea. Until you come and face with realities here yourself, no one can say anything about your future. Why don't you come even for a short visit to meet with people? If you want to make a long term investment, it's important to make a careful plan by watching and looking at what's going on from you own point of view. You may learn English fisrt, then find out more. At least , you wouldn't lose anything IF YOU ARE REALLY DETERMINED! All the best wishes
